The Money Projects
What should you build first?
ADU & Garage Conversions
Your garage is sitting on rent money. We turn garages and backyards into legal, permitted ADUs — design, permits, and construction handled by one contractor.
Room Additions
More house, same address. We build room additions, primary suites, and second stories — foundation to final inspection, one contractor the whole way.
Kitchen Remodeling
A kitchen remodel touches every trade in the book — cabinets, counters, plumbing, gas, electrical, flooring. We handle any and all of it, so you hire one contractor instead of five.
Bathroom Remodeling
Bathrooms are small rooms with big failure points: waterproofing, plumbing, ventilation. We build them right the first time — permitted where required, and warrantied.
Home Remodeling
Whole-house remodels are where 'any and all' earns its name: one contractor running every trade under one contract, one schedule, one number to call.
New Home Construction & Design-Build
Ground-up construction, design to final walkthrough. One design-build contractor carries the plans, the permits, and the build — so the budget you approve is the budget that gets built.
Roofing
Re-roofs, repairs, flat roofs, and skylights — residential and commercial. Permitted, inspected, and warrantied by a real contractor, not a guy with a magnet sign.
Concrete & Driveways
Driveways, patios, slabs, foundations, block walls. Concrete is permanent — which is exactly why the prep underneath it matters more than the pour you can see.
Decks & Patio Covers
Southern California lives outside. We build decks, patio covers, and pergolas that are engineered and permitted — because a deck is a structure, not a weekend project.
Flooring & Tile
Hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, and tile — installed flat, tight, and square, over subfloors that were actually prepped. Countertops and cabinets too.

Straight Answers
What homeowners ask before hiring
Which remodeling projects add the most value in LA County?
Right now: ADUs and garage conversions (rental income), kitchen remodels, and primary-suite additions. We'll tell you honestly which one your specific house and budget support best — sometimes the right answer is the cheaper project.
How do payments work on a residential project?
California law caps the down payment at $1,000 or 10%, whichever is less — and that's how we operate. Progress payments follow completed work. A contractor demanding half up front is showing you exactly who they are.
Will my project be inspected?
Every permitted project gets city inspections at set milestones — foundation, framing, rough electrical and plumbing, insulation, final. We schedule them, meet the inspector, and pass them. It's your protection, and we treat it that way.
Can you finish a project another contractor abandoned?
Yes — takeover jobs are sadly common. We document the existing work, tell you plainly what's salvageable and what isn't, and give you a straight price to finish it right.
