Do you handle design and permits or just construction?
Both. Design-build means one contract covers plans, engineering, permits, and the build. You're not refereeing between an architect and a contractor.
Can we live in the house during a whole-house remodel?
For lighter scopes, usually. For gut renovations it's often cheaper and faster to be out. We'll tell you honestly which yours is — before you sign, not after demo.
What stops the price from ballooning mid-project?
